Talented 8 years kid saved his parents from entities
« It was a miracle », described her mother, Marisa Marble. Who would have thought that an 8-year-old boy would have managed to save his parents ?
The family of the young Mike was recently torn apart, when his father, Brad Marble, disappeared after a presumed attack of hounds. For a long time, they used to live in Level 4 with a group of residents from M.E.G. and worked a bit for T.B.D. as an outside helper. A few months after his disappearance, the mother, Marisa, decided to change places as a way to find a better life and move on.
The expedition was done with multiple wanderers, making it a group of 5 people, but a succession of disputes and tensions led the group to scatter, leaving the two of them alone in Level 8.
The events happened in Level 9, five days ago, when, after fleeing from wretches, Mme Marble and his son Mike managed to enter a house. With the present furniture, they managed to block all exits and fortify a single room.
However, due to the awful state of the house and the sudden movement of heavy furniture, the structure of the house was destabilized. A plank was about to fall on the children, but Marisa was faster and managed to protect her son. Nonetheless, she took the full impact on her head and suffered a commotion.
The situation was desperate, but Mike never really felt despair about it.
He explained that his father always taught him, different survival tactics in the backrooms.
He was just focused on the situation, afraid but determined.
Marisa, in her interview, declared that she was proud of her son’s heroism and was certainly the most afraid person in the room.
The task wasn’t easy, as he had to take care of his mom, and continue to barricade. Due to his lack of strength, he could only move small furniture like chairs. For the heavier one, he emptied them out to move them before refilling them. The most difficult aspect was sleep, as the wretches continued to try to enter the room.
Thanks to Mike, both managed to live long enough for the miracle to happen.
Fortunately enough, the entities’s presence finished to alert another group, the Followers of Jerry, 4 days after the initial incident.
They were saved that day and escorted back to Level-11.
The mother is taken care of, as her wound needs to be better treated. For now, she’s accompanied by her son. Both are now expecting a better future as they finally reached Level-11.

“No one has forgotten this terrible act” said the punched person.
This conflict started with a messy divorce in Level-11. Different interests led the different persons in the Hillns family to argue with each other. The most sensitive point was children’s custody. What amplified even more the situation is the different positions of power occupied in the M.E.G. by members of this family.
The conflict was kept in check multiple times by the group.
However, multiple cases of physical violence within the family have occurred.
Some members were even facing charges due to their behavior.
It was discovered recently that cases of long lasting verbal abuse happened a long time before the divorce. One possible cause would be that the marriage itself was only being made for power. The husband, Mark, has decided to use this element as a defense to justify his cheating tendencies that were reproached to him earlier in the case.
The event in itself happened 2 days ago when the group denied Mark the custody of his children.
Heavy drinking ensued and led the man to his stepmother’s house.
What happened after was a stormy discussion that finished with a punch.
The punched stepmother, Lisa, has discussed it after with the M.E.G. officials.
The consequences of the events might have led to ban Mark Hillns.
A reunion happened the following day, hopefully to calm down the situation.
The status of the defense was hectic. One argument being that the culprit has called its stepmother, “like a secret partygoer abusing from the trust of people," “A friendly face, but with bad intentions and infecting people around”. Apparently speaking, some information is still kept secret as investigations on the whole case are continuing. But, we might see another unexpected turn in justice as the banishment procedure was cancelled.
